Spring Symposium

"Are you not entertained?"

Looking for programming for your younger students (grades 5-8)? Interested in providing more Latin listening opportunities for students?  Wanting to inspire student interest in creative writing? Students will have the option to participate in several asynchronous activities throughout the week leading up to the LIVE event.  Activities are appropriate for independent student completion or use as classroom or Latin club activities.

This year's theme will focus Roman Entertainment, this year's SCRIBO Writing Contest theme. Magister Andrew Morehouse will discuss Roman entertainment topics in Latin at a pace and vocabulary accessible to novice listeners.Students will leave the LIVE event with writing entries that can be submitted to the SCRIBO contest. Nota Bene - Participating students will need to have their parents/guardians fill out this media release form.
